4. Intellectual property

The MyMoun brand, its logo, its interface and its texts are protected. Any reproduction or reuse without prior written permission is prohibited. Content published by members remains their property, in accordance with the Terms of Use.

5. Member content and liability

MyMoun hosts content published by its members (profiles, photos, messages). Each member is responsible for what they publish. We review photos before publication and promptly remove any content that we become aware is manifestly illegal. MyMoun is reserved for people aged 18 and over. We do our best to keep the service available and its information accurate, but cannot guarantee that it is free from errors or interruptions.

6. Reporting illegal content

Use the report feature in the app or write to contact@lakaygames.com stating: the content concerned and where to find it, why you consider it illegal, and your contact details. We review each notice promptly. See also the community guidelines.

7. Personal data

The processing of your data is described in the privacy policy, and the use of trackers in the cookies policy. To exercise your rights: contact@lakaygames.com.

8. Governing law

The service is governed by the law of France. The courts of the competent courts of the registered office (Créteil, France), subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules have jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory rules applicable in your country of residence.
