Community Guidelines

1. Our spirit

MyMoun exists so that adults can meet with respect. These guidelines complement the Terms of Use. Following them protects everyone, including you.

2. Respect and consent

• Treat everyone the way you would like to be treated.
• A “no” or a silence is an answer. Do not push, do not keep chasing.
• Consent is freely given, clear, and can be withdrawn at any time, online and in person.
• A match does not oblige anyone to reply. You can block or report at any time.
• Be clear about what you are looking for. If the other person wants something else, respect that.
• Conversations are private: do not share screenshots or information exchanged without the person’s agreement.

3. What is prohibited

• Harassment, threats, intimidation, and repeatedly contacting a person who has stopped replying.
• Hateful, discriminatory or degrading remarks (origin, skin colour, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, etc.).
• Nudity and sexually explicit content: photos, texts or messages, especially when unsolicited.
• Any presence of minors: people under 18 have no place on MyMoun, and no photo of a child may be posted.
• Impersonation and fake profiles, including using photos that are not yours.
• Spam, advertising, promotion of services, links or social networks for commercial purposes, and commercial solicitation of any kind.
• Violence, glorification of illegal acts, and sharing other people’s private information without their consent.
• Blackmail, in particular based on private photos or conversations, and disclosing such material as revenge.
• Bots, automated data collection and bypassing our security measures.

4. Scams and romance fraud

Never ask for money, gifts, prepaid cards or cryptocurrency. Be wary if someone you have never met:

• declares their love very quickly;
• always refuses video calls;
• invokes an emergency or a financial problem;
• wants to leave the app to continue elsewhere.

Never send money and never share your banking details. Report the profile immediately.

5. Photos and profile

Use recent photos in which you are clearly recognisable. All photos are reviewed before they become visible and may be rejected. Avoid group photos where it is unclear who you are, as well as photos of celebrities, models or images found online. Provide honest information: a false age, city or dating goal is a breach of these guidelines.

6. Tips for a first meeting

MyMoun does not verify members’ identity. A few good habits:

• Chat at length first, then have a video call.
• Meet in a public, busy place.
• Tell someone you trust: where, when, with whom.
• Arrive and leave by your own means.
• Do not give your home address, your workplace or your financial details.
• Stay in control of how much alcohol you drink.
• Trust your instincts: you can leave at any time. If you are in danger, call your country’s emergency services.

7. Reporting and blocking

Use the block and report features in the app. A report is reviewed carefully. Only as part of a report, an authorised moderator may exceptionally view the messages concerned, and each access is logged. You can also write to us at contact@lakaygames.com. If you are a victim or witness of prohibited behaviour, keep screenshots and do not respond to provocation. Avoid abusive reports: they can themselves be sanctioned.

8. Consequences of a breach

Depending on how serious and how repeated the facts are, we may:

• remove content or reject a photo;
• issue a warning;
• temporarily suspend the account;
• permanently ban the account;
• report the facts to the competent authorities where the law requires it or if a person is in danger.

The most serious facts (threats, content involving minors, fraud) may lead to an immediate ban.

9. Challenging a decision

If you think a decision is a mistake, write to contact@lakaygames.com with your account email address and your explanations. Your request is reviewed within a reasonable time 15 days and we will reply with the reasons for our final decision.
